About the Role:

Ally's Helping Hand Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct performance reviews and arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales and determine strategic planning related to new product lines.
  • Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the private sector.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
