Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our infrastructure team in Toronto as a Graduate Consultant. As a Graduate Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects and programs, developing your skills and expertise in project and program management, cost and commercial management, and project controls.

Graduate Development Program

The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 24-month structured learning environment that will provide you with the skills, training, and experience to become a successful consultant in your chosen field. Through the GDP, you will work with our experienced professionals to develop a personalized development plan that aligns with our technical and behavioral competency frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project management plans and strategies
  • Conduct cost and commercial management activities
  • Provide project controls and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or diploma in a related field
  • Less than 2 years of relevant work experience in construction
  • Eligible to live and work in Canada
