Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a well-stocked store environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to support business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, or equivalent
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
