Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Accusonic Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and ensuring that our inventory management processes are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with our suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with inventory, shipping, or receiving.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to track inventory levels, shipping and receiving activity, and other key metrics.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain management role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment: Our warehouse is a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Physical Demands: The role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a variety of weather conditions.
- Client Focus: A strong focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.
- Team Player: A collaborative and team-oriented approach to work, with a willingness to support and assist colleagues as needed.
