Warehouse Manager Job Description

Accusonic Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
