About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Seventy Five Lube Services Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, ensuring efficient store operations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Payroll and Administration: Oversee payroll administration, manage employee records, and maintain accurate records of employee hours and attendance.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop action plans to improve employee performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
