MAC Retail Store Manager - Full Time Opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team of Sales Associates and drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our MAC retail store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, coaching, and business management skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Develop and execute business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $52,700 to $79,300 (depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget)
