Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at West X Business Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Work closely with sales reps to support customer needs and ensure seamless customer journeys.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular reports on customer engagement and satisfaction to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
