Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at West X Business Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and issues on behalf of our sales reps, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute customer success strategies, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Xerox, our largest partner, to resolve customer issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction and engagement to management, informing business decisions and driving growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
