Customer Success Manager

West X Business Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales reps to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction and engagement to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
