#### Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated individual to lead a team of like-minded people in working with youth and their families in Ingersoll, ON. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and demonstrate leadership qualities, including supervisory and team-building capabilities, vision casting, and active participation in area youth networks.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of youth workers in delivering programs and services to young people in Ingersoll, ON
* Develop and implement strategies to engage with local youth and their families
* Collaborate with community partners to build relationships and promote the organization's mission
* Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure effective program delivery
* Participate in area youth networks to stay informed about local youth issues and trends
