Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor - Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Retail Store Supervisor - Team Lead to join our team at ALBERTA LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of sales workers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of inventory organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring a high level of organization and efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
