Retail Store Manager

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate records.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.
