About the Role

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our machine shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of machinists, machining and tooling inspectors, and welders to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work environment is safe and healthy.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a machine shop or similar environment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, organized, and attention to detail.
