Procom is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in managing and administering the employee expense management system. The successful candidate will have an opportunity for long-term growth and development within our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Administration and management of the employee expense management system (Concur), providing support to end users and troubleshooting issues.
  • Reviewing and approving expense reports for policy compliance and accuracy on a weekly basis.
  • Performing expense report audits to ensure adherence to the Travel & Expense policy.
  • Providing second-level approval on verified expenses to ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Resolving unpaid out-of-pocket expense claims and providing solutions to users.
  • Reviewing and analyzing outstanding expense and out-of-policy reports, escalating as necessary.
  • Completing monthly reconciliation of corporate credit card charges.
  • Creating postings from Concur to ERP systems and collaborating with Finance teams for coding clarification.
  • Utilizing Excel and Cognos Report Writer for monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate dashboard reporting.
  • Documenting existing processes and recommending improvements.
  • Developing and maintaining training documentation and delivering training presentations.
  • Supporting the integration and expansion of the Concur expense platform.
  • Managing the Travel & Expense mailbox and responding to inquiries.
  • Administering the corporate credit card program, including processing applications and managing change requests.
  • Troubleshooting declined and fraudulent transactions and communicating with the corporate credit card provider.
  • Supporting the T&E Manager in service provider negotiations and acquisition integrations.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Previous experience with Concur or a similar expense management tool is a MUST.
  • Strong time management skills and flexibility to respond to critical deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all business partners, including senior leadership.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an intermediate level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Superior customer service skills and the ability to create positive interactions across all organizational levels.
  • Strong critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
