Millwright - Food Packaging Specialist

You are a licensed Millwright (433A) with a passion for working in the food industry. Our client, a leading company in the food sector, is seeking an individual to join their team on a 3 shift rotation. This permanent opportunity requires strong experience with PM and breakdown response.
This position offers a competitive compensation package and a clean/organized environment where tools are provided. Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on high speed packaging machines, robots, mixers, and food processing equipment.
- Machine build experience is considered an asset.
- Breakdown response of all production machinery in the plant.
- Work closely with millwrights and maintenance technicians to complete daily tasks.
- Mechanical troubleshooting as required.
What you bring to the table:
- Knowledge of automated machinery and the mechanical ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Read schematic drawings to repair equipment.
- Professional attitude and work ethic.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with packaging machinery.
- Food/bottling industry experience.
Position Type: Permanent. Shift: 12 hours continental or 8 hour 3 shift rotation. Salary/Rate: $44.16hr + shift premiums, weekend bonus, RRSP's & benefits.
