We are seeking a skilled Welder Supervisor to join our team at AM& M RIAR LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our welding department and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 welders and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Production Planning: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient production workflows and minimize downtime.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Materials Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all team members follow health and safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Machinist Trade Certification, Tool and Die Maker Trade Certification, and Welder Trade Red Seal Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
