Welder Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Welder Supervisor to join our team at AM& M RIAR LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our company, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and supervising a team of welders.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare production and other reports
- Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
- Train or arrange for training
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Oversee the operation of company
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Supervise workers and projects
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Machinist Trade Certification
- Tool and Die Maker Trade Certification
- Welder Trade Red Seal Certificate
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail. They will be required to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
