Director of Sales & Marketing

At Holiday Inn Kingston Waterfront, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue growth and brand awareness
  • Lead a dynamic sales team to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the general manager to develop and implement pricing and selling strategies
  • Provide coaching and training to the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Participate in internal and external business activities to promote the hotel and increase brand awareness
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Hotel Management Studies
  • Previous 3-year professional experience in the hotel market, including at least two years as Sales Director or at a higher level
  • Sales Leadership
  • Leadership and dynamism of the sales team
  • In-depth knowledge of computer programs
  • Ability to analyze and interpret any financial data
  • Effective and creative leadership with a high level of professionalism
  • Knowledge of automated sales systems
