About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 720428 NB Inc. as a key member of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Team Members to Duties

Effectively allocate sales team members to various tasks and responsibilities to ensure optimal store performance and customer satisfaction.

Authorize Return of Merchandise

Exercise discretion in authorizing the return of merchandise, ensuring that all returns are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Sell Merchandise

Utilize excellent sales skills to promote and sell merchandise to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters

Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising trends, and personnel performance to provide valuable insights for management.

Resolve Issues and Provide Excellent Customer Service

Proactively address customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Organize and Maintain Inventory

Effectively manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted, stored, and rotated to minimize waste and optimize sales.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Sales Team Members

Provide guidance, support, and coaching to sales team members, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their duties to the highest standard.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required.

Experience

A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is essential.

Work Hours

30 hours per week.
