Job Summary


The Director of Operations Management will lead our US operations, ensuring the development and competitiveness of manufacturing operations in terms of cost, production, safety, and quality standards.


This role will participate in the strategic planning of the company, acting as a change agent to drive improvements in manufacturing operations.


The ideal candidate will have significant experience in multisite management, particularly in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the agri-food sector or other high-volume, high-speed production sector.



  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the efficiency of manufacturing operations.
  • Identify and implement best practices in the market to improve operational performance.
  • Lead the development, planning, and execution of actions necessary to achieve operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the optimal integration of their services to manufacturing operations.

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, or electrical) or production operations management.
  • At least five years of experience in a director role, with significant experience in multisite management.
  • Recognized certification in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, or equivalent experience.
  • Superior analytical and synthesis skills, organizational planning, and priority management capacity.
  • Results-oriented, with problem-solving skills and rapid decision-making.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and supervise work teams.
  • Travel up to 33%.
