Job Description

We are seeking a QA Manager to lead and elevate our quality assurance efforts. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will drive the vision and strategy for a team of Manual QA Testers and Software Developers in Test. Your role will focus on refining our QA processes, ensuring a balanced approach to manual and automated testing, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor your team to achieve excellence in quality assurance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies and best practices aligned with Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, developers, and leadership teams, to meet quality objectives.
  • Enhance test automation and manual testing approaches to ensure thorough regression testing before each release.
  • Define and track key quality metrics to monitor performance, driving informed decisions that ensure high software quality standards.
  • Contribute to the QA strategy, aligning QA processes with feature and platform needs, ensuring the right resources are available to support development goals and maintain product integrity.
