We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Manager to lead and elevate our quality assurance efforts, driving the vision and strategy for a team of Manual QA Testers and Software Developers in Test.

About the Role:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performance team of QA engineers in Toronto and offshore, fostering a collaborative environment that focuses on growth, accountability, and excellence.
  • Shape and drive quality assurance strategies, overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive QA strategies and best practices that align with Agile methodologies.
  • Support cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, developers, and leadership teams to meet quality objectives.
  • Enhance test automation and manual testing, leading the adoption of test automation frameworks and identifying opportunities to improve test coverage and reduce manual effort.
  • Ensure data-driven decisions, defining and tracking key quality metrics to monitor performance and drive informed decisions.

About You:

  • You have led QA teams through successful software delivery cycles, combining manual testing and automation.
  • You are proficient in test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
  • You can shape and execute QA strategies, blending manual and automated testing approaches.
  • You excel at sharing knowledge, guiding team members, and mentoring others in their professional growth.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
