Job Summary:
The Store Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high-performing store environment. As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals, oversee store operations, and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase customer loyalty
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to ensure a high-performing team
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the Buying and Merchandising team to ensure product assortment meets customer needs and sales goals
- Partner with the Operations team to ensure seamless store operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 5+ years of retail sales management experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end luxury accessories boutique
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer engagement, and increasing customer loyalty
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Ability to analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs, including non-traditional hours
