Job Summary:
The Store Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high-performing store environment. As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals, oversee store operations, and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve store performance
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to ensure a high-performing team
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Partner with the Buying and Merchandising team to ensure product assortment meets market needs and sales goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 5+ years of retail sales management experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
