Sales Director for LATAM

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our business strategies in LATAM. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key decision makers, and promoting our products to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in LATAM
- Establish and maintain relationships with dealer/partners and key decision makers
- Promote products and profit-sharing strategies to prospective clients
- Develop and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Meet yearly sales targets by successfully closing business deals
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior business executives and government officials
- Conduct market research and make strategic business development plans
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in opening new businesses in LATAM
- 4+ years of proven experience in C-UAS sales to the Governmental Market in LATAM
- Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese
- Proven experience in successfully opening subsidiary companies and business units in LATAM
- Familiarity with regulatory processes of importing dual-use C-UAS systems to LATAM key countries
- In-depth knowledge in C-UAS technologies and solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks; follow company policies, and work independently in an organized way
