West Harbour Electric Ltd. is seeking a skilled Personnel Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, and providing information or services to employees. Your duties will also include preparing and posting notices and advertisements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment. Additionally, you will review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates. You will also notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training. If you have a strong background in human resources and are looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply. The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week and will be required to work in English. This is a permanent position.
