Office Manager

The Abroad Visa Immigration Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative activities, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain effective administrative procedures to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including personnel files, inventory, and budgetary controls.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language.
