Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Banquet Server to join our team at Coast Tsawwassen Inn, a premium all-suite hotel owned and operated by Century Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the quality standards of Coast Hotels in the food and beverage department.
  • Act as an ambassador for Coast, greeting guests, making them feel welcome, and handling basic inquiries.
  • Service hotel catering events, including set-up, maintenance, and breakdown of function rooms, as well as the hotel breakfast bar.
  • Adhere to quality and industry standards when completing tasks, including maintaining inventory levels, stocking supplies, and preparing food and beverages.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the property, staff, and guests.

Requirements

  • Serving it Right certificate is required.
  • Hepatitis A vaccination is mandatory.
  • Previous banquet experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
