Server Position at The Waterford

At Century Group, we are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Waterford. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests in the dining room and lounges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience for our residents, including lunch and dinner, teas, and special events.
  • Prepare and serve food, beverages, and accompaniments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Carry out general cleaning duties and routines, including setting and cleaning of tables, preparation and service areas, and carts and equipment.
  • Provide tableside meal service with an understanding of meal textures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 10 education or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year serving experience, preferably in a residential care setting environment.
  • Food Safe Certificate is required.
  • First Aid/CPR Certificate.
