Job Description:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and driving business growth in the healthcare industry? At Siemens, we're seeking a highly skilled Technical Applications Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to customers for assay, software, and instrument troubleshooting.
  • Install and validate Siemens DX instruments and systems.
  • Deliver customer training during installations and post-go-live training.
  • Assist in disseminating information on field corrective actions or changes in protocols, reagents, control values, or ranges.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer satisfaction issues and complaints.
  • Generate sales leads for reagent growth and instrument sales.
  • Improve customer workflow in relation to Quality Management and Process Management.
  • Maintain compliance with established safety policies and procedures.
  • Understand and comply with Siemens Standards for Business Conduct.

Requirements:

  • MLT/ART or B.Sc. in Medical Technology.
  • Knowledge of Clinical Laboratory Practices and Procedures.
  • Presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Valid passport.
  • Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes.
  • Previous experience with Siemens Healthineers products is preferred.
