Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at ONTARIO INC.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities, and driving process improvements. This is a challenging role that requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and Implement Procedures: Develop and maintain comprehensive administrative procedures, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Supervise Office Staff: Lead a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality work.
- Manage Office Resources: Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Fiscal Management: Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Analytics: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in administrative operations or a related field.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate must be able to manage stress, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes [insert benefits details].
