Job Title: Courier Service Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Courier Service Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our courier services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators, including delivery times, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review the work of our courier team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including vehicles and other equipment used in the delivery process.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
