Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our logistics department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Manage finances and budget to ensure that all expenses are accounted for and that the department is operating within budget.
  • Ensure that all transportation operations are compliant with regulations and that all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods to ensure that all deliveries are made on time and that all customers are satisfied.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in logistics operations management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
