FALCO LOGISTICS INC is seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, monitor department performance, and plan for changes to schedules and policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight transportation and a strong understanding of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor department performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
  • Manage finances or budget and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit
  • Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience in freight transportation an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
