Job Title: Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Full Throttle Power Sports Ltd. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, answer inquiries, and provide information to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Service Coordination: Arrange for billing, explain service options, and issue receipts and other forms as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and statistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communication: Obtain and examine relevant information to assess customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints, and provide meaningful information and services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
