Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, ensuring that customers receive their vehicles on time.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that necessary parts and supplies are available to meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
