- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a fair and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
