Your Role:
- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to clients in their homes or facilities
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document client progress and communicate with healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements:
- Current registration with the provincial licensing body
- CPR certification required
- Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
