We are seeking a talented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about working in the gaming and entertainment industry.

About the Role:

This role will support the HR team by assisting with talent acquisition, developing new team members, and maintaining staff information. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure smooth and effective operations of the HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new hire training and provide ongoing support to new team members
  • Sort, file, and manage incoming and outgoing HR mail/paperwork
  • Manage the requisition process for all assigned job openings by searching out candidates and reviewing applications/resumes
  • Coordinate training and scheduling of new team members with department managers
  • Stay up-to-date on employment law issues
  • Support the HR Team with various research projects and special initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in human resources and two to five years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solid writing skills and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Exceptional people skills and knowledge of labor laws and standards
  • Ability to answer team member requests, questions, and concerns promptly
  • Solution-driven personality with a strong focus on helping staff achieve their goals
  • Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel
