- Plan, coordinate, direct, and supervise daily activities of field personnel maintaining and servicing facilities.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices.
- Perform all duties assigned and adhere to TEAM's Core Values.
- Coordinate and supervise project-related activities, including bid proposals and job execution.
- Provide instruction, guidance, and directions to employees with difficulties and procedural problems.
- Schedule field personnel for work assignments and perform field work as needed.
- Act as liaison between management and workforce to maintain high employer/employee relationships.
- High school diploma or technical school/college credits preferred.
- Three years of experience in industrial operations or maintenance preferred.
- Current HAZWOPER Training Certificate required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with working knowledge of PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, and Adobe.
- NDT certificates (MT/UT/PT) an asset.
- Position based out of a branch or site location.
- Field duties require indoor and outdoor work in a plant atmosphere.
- Interaction with other crew employees, supervisors, and client personnel.
- Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels.
- Must wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection.
- May be at more than one job site in a day and must tolerate climate changes.
- May be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis.
- Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds.
- Must be able to walk and climb except when performing non-field duties.
- Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities.
- Sufficient vision or other powers of observation.
- Sufficient manual dexterity.
- Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes.
- Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
