Job Title: Rope Access Technician

TASC is seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to join our team. As a Rope Access Technician, you will be responsible for performing rope access work at heights, confined spaces, and other challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform rope access work at heights, confined spaces, and other challenging environments.
  • Instruct apprentices and provide training on rope access techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Operate aerial lifts and aerial work platforms.
  • Use power tools, precision measuring instruments, and hand tools.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 5 years or more.
  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification.
  • Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to distinguish between colours.
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
