Kiehl's Since 1851 is a leading skincare and beauty brand that offers a wide range of products and services. As a Key Holder at Kiehl's, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Deliver best-in-class service to customers, creating an unforgettable experience through product knowledge, application techniques, and personalized advice.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Generate sales by applying brand selling methods, product knowledge, and basic service flow. Maximize selling opportunities through link-selling and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Store Operations: Support daily POS activities, enforce company policies and procedures, and follow brand CRM procedures to recruit and retain customers.
  • Store Quality and Merchandising: Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store, ensure on-shelf product availability, and communicate useful information to the Store Manager.
Requirements
  • Retail and Cosmetic Experience: Prior experience in retail and/or cosmetics is preferred.
  • Key Holder Experience: Prior key holder experience is preferred.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Great communication skills and ability to work effectively with the team.
  • Physical Environment: Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
