About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Interface Management Coordinator to join our team at Bantrel. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for coordinating all interface-related activities with systemwide contractors and adjacent contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Integration Manager on interface-related issues between the Project Company, Technical Advisors, Customer, and other vendors.
  • Facilitate interface meetings and governance calendar, tracking milestone dates for relevant meetings.
  • Gather and assess information to ensure agreed exchanges and schedules are being achieved.
  • Develop mitigation and/or incentives to reduce risks associated with utility and construction interfaces.
  • Collaborate with the project team to provide advice on contract management and interface issues.
  • Review project schedules for interface requirements, ensuring timely deliverables across the program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or Minimum of 10 years' experience working in the rail industry and/or large-scale infrastructure projects; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
  • Successful interface management track record on a major multidisciplinary rail project.
  • Demonstrated technical writing, data management, verbal communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
  • Firm understanding of rail engineering procedures, principles, and concepts.
  • Experience working with teams and stakeholders in the development and delivery of large infrastructure projects. Ability to communicate across technical disciplines (engineering, construction, operations, maintenance).
  • Knowledgeable in planning and executing high-value, multi-faceted lump-sum turnkey civil infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications.
