Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Canadian Insurance Customer Service Specialist to join our team at TD Insurance Direct Agency Inc. / Agence Directe TD Assurance Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through value-based advice conversations.
  • To consistently deliver legendary customer experience by providing each caller with the right solutions for their unique insurance needs.
  • To work collaboratively as part of our Contact Centre Team, striving to make people's day by delivering outstanding customer service experiences.
  • To solve problems efficiently by resolving customer inquiries at the first point of contact, asking questions, and responding with empathy to their concerns.
  • To achieve your goals by consistently reaching performance objectives, including customer experience survey results, advice, and quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
Requirements
  • Possess post-secondary education and/or relevant experience in the insurance industry or related field.
  • Must be bilingual English/French, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate through computer systems, applications, and multiple screens with speed and accuracy while balancing performance to meet a variety of metrics.
  • Flexibility, resiliency, and a positive attitude when responding to challenging situations.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with integrity when managing sensitive customer information in alignment with Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices.
