Job Summary
We're seeking a Shop Supervisor to lead our sales and customer service operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless sales execution, maintaining inventory control, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Stock
- Oversee sales operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems.
- Monitor stock levels and take corrective actions as needed.
- Review and improve shop presentation to enhance customer engagement.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer service by attending to guests' needs.
- Handle guest-related issues efficiently and effectively.
- Analyze guest feedback to prevent reoccurrences and suggest improvements.
- Maintain our image and service standards consistently.
Staff Management
- Orient new staff and develop training programs to enhance their skills.
- Manage staff issues, including duty rosters, annual leaves, and guidelines.
- Train staff in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Supervise and motivate staff to maximize sales and promote personal growth.
- Counsel and discipline staff when necessary.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
