We are seeking a skilled Transportation Operations Supervisor to join our team at No Problem Movers Ltd.

About the Job

This is a full-time position responsible for supervising a team of workers and projects, ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in dispatching bus drivers, monitoring routes, and coordinating activities to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Workers and Projects: Lead a team of up to 10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Dispatch Bus Drivers and Monitor Routes: Coordinate the movement of vehicles and personnel to optimize route efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate Activities: Plan and schedule activities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions: Provide input on employee performance, training, and development opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Valid Driver's Licence: Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Experience: At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
