About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our Contact Centre Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their insurance needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Utilize your knowledge of TD products and services to offer tailored solutions and advice, ensuring customers receive the best possible outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to TD's standards.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience in insurance or a related field.
  • Fluency in both English and French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
