About the Role
  • You will be responsible for creating a high-energy store environment by engaging consumers, modeling excellent service behaviors, and providing coaching on sales training processes to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proactively resolve consumer concerns while maintaining company policies and ensuring consumer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the store manager to set expectations, coach, and contribute to an environment that encourages engagement, retention, and talent development.
  • Efficiently handle cash handling and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment systems, while maintaining standards.
  • Work collaboratively with store management to flex business strategies, meet or exceed sales and performance goals, and supervise the store team in the absence of another management member.
