As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials between departments, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

* Compile and analyze orders and instructions received from customers
* Plan and organize operational logistics, including transportation and inventory management
* Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments
* Read and interpret blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings
* Prepare and submit reports on logistics operations
* Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery
* Recruit and train staff as needed
* Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units

Requirements:

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
* Bilingualism (English and French)
